Maria Heidelberger's education in massage therapy has taken her from Hawaii to California, spanned the better part of two years with more than 1000 hours of instruction, and given her a very thorough understanding of what it takes to provide the best possible experience for her clients.
Maria began her formal education in massage therapy at the White Lotus Healing Arts School of Massage in Hawi, Hawaii. After graduating at the top of her class she moved to Antioch, California where she enrolled at Western Career College in order to fulfill the state requirements to become eligible to practice as a California massage therapist.
Maria is well versed in all types of massage, including Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal massage, chair massage, reflexology, trigger-point therapy, myofascial release and infant massage.

Lisa Cockerill graduated from the National Holistic Institute in 1996, and has over 10 years of experience as a massage therapist. She specializes in Swedish, Shiatsu, and Deep Tissue massage therapy. Lisa also incorporates Hot Stone Massage in all of her treatments. Her massage style is deep without overdoing it, incorporating stretching as needed. Hot stones and stretching help muscles relax and allow the massage to flow. Lisa adapts her style to the needs of each indvidual client. |

Austen Tate is a Holistic Health Practitioner trained at the esteemed natural healing arts center The Heartwood Institute. She provides an integrated, alternative approach to massage therapy. Austen is an experienced bodyworker trained in therapeutic modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Cranial Sacral, Acutonics (sound healing), Polarity, Prenatal and Hot Stone Massage. She is practiced with numerous body types, including athletes, and injury-related cases in health spas and chiropractic offices throughout California. Austen delves deeply into the imbalances of the person’s body and helps map a path that leads to better health and relaxation.

In her sessions she focuses on sharing the transformation of the healing potential of my clients, utilizing touch and energetic therapy for harmonic embodiment. | Jessica Long has been relaxing minds and bodies with warm and loving hands for many years. In 2004 she completed a medical massage program from Blue Heron Academy. She continues education each year and also may provide Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage, Pre and Postnatal massage.Jessica focuses on her clients' needs adjusting pressure and adding supportive stretches as needed. Her main style is a combination of Swedish (long gentle strokes) and Deep Tissue (massaging the muscle insertion points deeply). |

Erica Falk has been Certified Massage Therapist since 1990, completing her training at Heartwood Institute. She went on to continue studying at World School of Massage and Advanced Healing arts in 1999, learning Swedish, deep tissue and vibrational modalities. In 2000 Erica completed her doula training at Natural Resources and in 2001 she completed training in Prenantal Massage at the Body Therapy Center.

Ron Kino
is a nationally certified massage therapist who has been practicing in Pacifica for 10 years. His specialty is sport massage, deep tissue, injury and rehabilitation work, and has helped hundreds of clients recover from their injuries. Ron trained and taught at the Body Therapy Center in Palo Alto. |
