Ron Kino is nationally certified as a massage therapist. His specialty is sport massage, deep tissue, injury and rehabilitation work.

 

Lisa Cockerill is a local to the area and a graduate from the National Holistic Institute in 1996. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Stone Massage. Her massage style is deep enough without overdoing it, similar to sports massage as she likes to incorporate stretching. She has practiced massage at the Pacifica Athletic Club since 1997. She is a mother of two boys. Lisa loves the beach, belly dancing, dogs, yoga, and vegetarian food.

 


Heather Criswell is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist (NCTMB), and has been in practice since 2002. Her experience includes owning and operating a Wellness Center in Las Vegas, and teaching massage therapy for National Holistic Institute.

Heather is a Reiki Master and Teacher who creatively combines intuitive and technical skills in her bodywork to help her client access their innate body wisdom. Her sessions integrate components from Shiatsu, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, and Reflexology along with traditional acupressure therapy techniques to treat specific problem areas. As a result, the client experiences mind-body awareness and a safe space for healing to occur.

Jessica Long has been relaxing minds and bodies with warm and loving hands for many years. In 2004 she completed a medical massage program from Blue Heron Academy. She continues education each year and also may provide Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage, Pre and Postnatal massage.Jessica focuses on her clients' needs adjusting pressure and adding supportive stretches as needed. Her main style is a combination of Swedish (long gentle strokes) and Deep Tissue (massaging the muscle insertion points deeply)

Tonia Weakland started practicing massage-bodywork in 1996. She has studied Swedish massage, Zen Shiatsu, Reflexology, Trigger Point Therapy, and Reiki. Having practiced in a variety of environments, working with people from all walks of life, Tonia’s approach addresses the needs of most anybody. She listens to your needs and her intuition in order to offer a personalized bodywork experience that will leave your skin soft, your muscles relaxed, your mind at peace and your energy in balance.

 

Annie Bauman received her Massage Therapy Certification from Hirudaya Holistic Healing Center, San Luis Obispo, California. She is also certified in: Reflexology, Oncology Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Hot Stone treatments. Her interest in therapeutic massage began when she was a patient in the hospital. She found that massage was one of the only ways to relieve some of the pain she was experiencing and also helped her relax and heal more quickly. Since then, she has been studying and working as a Massage Therapist to help others reduce stress and promote healing.
